DATEV CSV export — Beta. Generate DATEV-compatible CSV exports for review and testing. Compatibility with individual DATEV installations has not yet been independently validated. Please validate exports with your accountant before using them in production bookkeeping.

What is DATEV Buchungsstapel?

DATEV is the dominant accounting software used by German tax advisors (Steuerberater). The Buchungsstapel format is the standard CSV import for booking entries. To hand off invoices to your accountant, you need your data in this format.

Configuration

The consultant number (Beraternummer) and client number (Mandantennummer) are configured per deployment and are included automatically in every export. Per-account configuration from the dashboard is not available yet — contact support to set yours.
