Cookies and local storage
Parsurai uses only strictly necessary and functional client-side storage. We set no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown. Cloudflare may set its own short-lived challenge cookies when Turnstile runs on the public demo; these serve abuse prevention only.

Session cookie
When you sign in, the authentication library sets several strictly necessary cookies: a signed session token, a CSRF protection token, a callback URL for sign-in redirects, and during the OAuth sign-in flow, short-lived PKCE, state, and nonce tokens. All are strictly necessary for account security and are removed when you sign out or when they expire. No authentication cookie carries advertising or tracking information. Independently of sign-in, our routing layer sets a NEXT_LOCALE cookie on every visitor to remember the language version of the site to serve.
Local storage
Three values are stored in your browser's local storage: your selected interface language, so the site opens in the language you chose; a flag recording that you dismissed the plan-upgrade banner, so it is not shown again; and your chosen colour theme (light or dark). None of these values are transmitted to us or to any third party.
Third-party trackers
Parsurai does not embed advertising pixels, session replay, or chat widgets. The public demo feature uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; it loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and sends your IP address and browser data to Cloudflare for verification. This processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, abuse-free service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and tracking cookies are not set. Fonts are self-hosted at build time.
Future changes
If we ever introduce storage that is not strictly necessary, it will be loaded only after you give consent, and this page will be updated before it goes live.
